DWG 03 Industries
Four industries.
One standard of work.
We serve a wide range of industries, from aerospace and medical to commercial and defense. The certifications differ, the tolerances differ, but the discipline is identical: machine to the drawing, inspect against it, document everything, deliver on the date.
IND-01
Aerospace
Machined under AS9100D,
the standard primes audit to.
Aerospace work is where our quality system earns its keep. Every part carries traceability from raw material through final inspection, under the same AS9100D and ISO 9001:2015 registration that certificate number 1102481 attests.
Five-axis milling handles the complex geometry aerospace drawings love, in fewer setups and with fewer tolerance stack-ups. Penetrant inspection, passivation and anodizing are coordinated within the same purchase order, so your buyer places one PO instead of chasing four vendors.
IND-02
Defense & Military
ITAR registered, JCP approved,
CAGE 5N5U5.
"Precision fabrication for the military" is not marketing copy here, it is the registered scope on our quality certificate. We are ITAR registered with the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls and approved under the U.S. / Canada Joint Certification Program to receive militarily critical technical data.
For defense buyers that means controlled drawings are handled by a shop already vetted to hold them, and our CAGE code is ready for your sourcing system. Laser marking and engraving cover part identification requirements, and our published purchase order clauses flow down cleanly.
IND-03
Medical
Micro-machining through
medical packaging.
Medical components demand small features, clean surfaces and a paper trail. Our micro-machining and Swiss-type work covers the first, and ultrasonic cleaning, passivation and bead blasting cover the second.
The third is the habit of the house: every medical part ships inspected and documented, and medical packaging is on our process list so components arrive protected and ready for your downstream controls. Plastic machining covers the growing share of device work that never touches metal.
IND-04
Commercial
Prototype to 25,000 pieces,
priced to compete.
Commercial customers get the same machines and the same inspection bench as our aerospace work, with the pricing discipline that commercial margins demand.
Start with a prototype and an R&D conversation, move to production without changing vendors. Assembly, welding and fabrication mean subassemblies can arrive as one line item, and quick turnaround is the habit that has kept customers here for decades. We look forward to working with you and your team.
Your industry has a drawing. We have the machines.
