Ultra precision CNC turning
Tight-tolerance turned parts, held to the drawing at diameters where a tenth matters.
5-axis CNC milling
Complex geometry machined in fewer setups, which means fewer stack-ups and truer parts.
Swiss-type machining
Small, long and slender parts turned with the stability only a sliding headstock gives.
Wire EDM
Profiles, keyways and features that cutters cannot reach, burned to size without tool pressure.
Micro-machining
Features measured under magnification, machined for medical and instrumentation work.
